Snowmobiling with the neighbours

Our neighbours got a sled to pull behind their snowmobiles for the girls to ride in.

So we headed out for a ride to the beach...

  Sierra wanted to try standing up on the back like a dog sledder does.

 She did really good at it and had a lot of fun with it.

 Until her hands nearly froze solid...it's been soooo cold here lately. So she bundled up with her sister for the ride home for some hot-chocolate.

Even though this was fun...I much prefer seadooing in the summer. Winters here are just too cold to make being outdoors enjoyable for any amount of time. We appreciate our neighbours taking us out and letting us enjoy the experience. Perhaps we will try again on a more sunny, warmer, winters day.
